The Seed
Step 1
We Chat! I prefer to schedule a call either by phone or zoom to get to know each other a bit before we move forward in the process. I love it when you ask a lot of questions so make sure you bring them to your consultation!
During this call, we discuss your vision, your wants and needs out of your photography, what's most important to you out of your day, and most importantly how you both met! I also tell you about myself so you get a feel for the person capturing your wedding day! You can't get this day back so it's so important we connect on the same level!
Step 2
After our call, I send you a proposal based on your needs and the options discussed during our chat!
Then I wait!
I give you some time to consider your options as this is a major purchase. You MUST be comfortable with whoever is behind the camera and 100% sure who you want capturing your wedding day. Otherwise, you could get back photos you don't 100% love and nobody wants that! You only get awkward photos if you feel awkward with the person behind the camera.
Step 3
You decided to move forward! That's amazing and I'm so excited to be working with you!
Now that we're a team we schedule your engagement session to help you get even more comfortable with me and in front of the camera.
Then we work on your timeline and other vendors if you need help finding them! I'm here to help your wedding day be as smooth as possible because it can be very overwhelming if you don't know where else to start! We set up 2 consultation calls or in-person meetings to go over everything. First about 6 months before your wedding date and the second about 6 weeks before for finalizations to your timeline!

The Bloom
Pre-wedding consultation
First things first, we'll have a pre-wedding consultation where we'll discuss your vision, preferences, and any special requests you may have. This will give me a better understanding of your personalities, your relationship, and your style, so that I can tailor my approach accordingly!
Planning and preparation
Once we're on the same page, I'll start planning and preparing for the big day. I'll scout out the location, help plan the timeline, and chat about the shot list to ensure we capture all the must-have moments. I'll also be in touch with you throughout the process to make sure we're on track and to address any questions or concerns you may have.
Candid and prompted photography
On the wedding day, my goal is to blend in seamlessly and capture both candid and prompted moments. I'll be there to capture the raw emotions and natural interactions between you, your partner, and your loved ones. But I'll also give gentle prompts to guide you into poses that showcase your personality and relationship in the best light possible.
Open communication and enthusiasm
Throughout the day, I'll keep the energy high with my enthusiasm and positivity. I'll also communicate openly with you to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. If you need a break or a quick touch-up, just let me know! My goal is to make the photography experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible, so you can focus on enjoying your special day.
Post-processing and delivery
After the wedding, you will get a 48hr sneak peek! I'll carefully select and edit the best photos to bring out the beauty, emotion, and uniqueness of your love story. After completion in 8-12 weeks, you'll receive a full digital gallery via the same link as your sneak, where you can view, share, and download your photos, as well as order prints and albums if you wish!
